Your personal information is stored securely. Clinical records and images are kept in password-protected systems with access limited to Jade. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Overseas storage and disclosure
Some of the services we rely on store information on servers outside Australia. Our online store and checkout are provided by Shopify, our website and account systems are hosted with overseas cloud providers, and our email and booking tools may also process information overseas, including in the United States, Canada and the European Union.
By providing your information to us, you consent to it being stored and processed overseas by these providers. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers who are bound to protect your information, though privacy laws in those countries may differ from Australian law. Clinical records and treatment photographs are not uploaded to our online store.

Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email info@skincamouflagebyjade.com with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to respond in full within 30 days.
